Fratelli’s is an independent, family-owned pizzeria. We’ve been making pies here since 2003.
We make our dough daily from scratch and cook our own sauces. We even blend our own salad dressings. Nothing sits under a heat lamp: every pie, hoagie, and order of garlic knots is made when you order it.
The recipes come from family who ran pizza parlors in Brooklyn and New Jersey for more than 30 years. We brought that foldable New York thin crust here — crisp bottom, bold sauce, quality toppings — baked in our Bakers Pride ovens.
